The Resort
Alami Alor is a boutique resort located on the secluded Indonesian island of Alor, offering both scuba diving and snorkeling services, with a special focus on underwater photography.
With a maximum capacity of 12 scuba divers or 14 snorkelers, the resort provide an intimate setting where we can connect with each guest personally, share authentic family-style Indonesian meals, and tailor our diving and snorkeling experiences to your preferences.
Underwater photographers will find everything they need, including an on-site camera room and a Photo-Pro. You can enhance your underwater photography skills by joining our personalized photo workshops.
Accommodation
Guest accommodations consist of seven spacious and airy waterfront bungalows. Each bungalow is accessed via a private pebble path that leads to a tropical hardwood terrace and an oceanfront seating area. Inside, the bedroom boasts a full glass ocean-facing wall, offering stunning views. The room is furnished with either one king-sized bed or one king-sized bed plus a single spring bed, along with air conditioning, a ceiling fan, a wardrobe, and a computer desk. The en-suite open-air bathroom features a refreshing hot water rain shower, with breathtaking aerial views of the surrounding tropical forest canopy.
Restaurant
Resort packages include full-board meals, served in our dining room at a communal table. This creates an interactive environment where guests can socialize with one another and the resort hosts during meal times. Breakfast offers a choice of à la carte Western or Indonesian options. For lunch and dinner, we serve a variety of home-style Indonesian and tropical-themed set menus, carefully prepared by our chefs using locally sourced organic ingredients.
Diving & Snorkeling
Diving with Alami Alor allows you to dive inside the Pantar Strait, which offers a variety of diving types, from beautiful coral gardens and walls to slopes and anemone cities. The Kalabahi black and white sandy slopes offer world-class muck diving, with many critters on divers' bucket lists. Alor is also home to pelagic species such as dolphins, as well as other exciting sightings such as mola-molas and blue whales.

You can reach Alami Alor by flying from Bali (DPS) or Jakarta (CGK) to Mali Airport (ARD) in Alor, with a stop in Kupang (KOE). If you book a holiday package, round-trip airport transfers from the airport to the resort are included.
