Ferox

Exclusive Liveaboard - Malpelo

The 31m steel vessel Ferox is a unique liveaboard that offers cruises to Malpelo and Gorgona Island. She has exclusive access to the UNESCO world heritage sites.

Malpelo is renowned for schooling hammerheads, silkies, manta rays, whale sharks and other shark species and Gorgonian Islands for giant mantas, whale sharks, orcas and humpback whales.

She provides a very stable cruise platform with anti-rolling chocks and all newly fitted safety features and electronics. She has 3 self-righting fast boats and is built for the challenging seas of the area.

The dive guides have been diving the area for more than 30 years, and the owner-captain has vast experience.

There are cabins for 12 guests onboard,

Two master cabins - with one double bed plus large flat screen TV, fridge and ensuite bathroom on the lower deck

Two twin bed cabins - with ensuite bathrooms on the lower deck

Four single cabins - two with semi-private ensuite bathrooms and two with shared bathrooms on the lower and main decks

All cabins have portholes for natural light, and environmentally friendly toiletries and towels are provided

Social areas are comfortable and have natural light via portholes and windows. The large deck has a shaded area, and there is a sound deck.

Divers have free nitrox, and this is mandatory, the course can be completed on board if required. All divers will have a diver locator beacon.

The dive deck has a camera station, rinse tanks and freshwater showers.

Freya

Exclusive Liveaboard - Norway

Freya is a 45m steel vessel built in 1981 and converted to an expedition liveaboard in 2015. She tours the Arctic region offering cruises for both diving and snorkelling for up to 12 - 18 guests with three guides.

Having completed her initial cruises in the Arctic, she is refurbished to have 11 cabins which will have mostly ensuite cabins and two berths. There will be an option for an upper bed birth so the cabin can accommodate three guests.

Meals onboard are a European style, and there is a fully stocked bar, dining room and living area. A new addition will be a sauna to aid in relaxation after cruising the seas of Svalbard.

The liveaboard takes in the views of the fjords, glaciers and mountains. The cruises concentrate on looking for the Orca Whales.

There are two zodiacs to assist with excursions with a small group size 6 to 8 guests per boat.

Malmo

This classic vessel was built in 1943 as an icebreaker and was heritage listed in 2004. Now after a total refit, she is an ice-strengthened 37m expedition cruise ship since 2014.

She has seven cabins and can accommodate up to a maximum15 guests,- usually 12-  which on request can be single, twin or triple set up. Five of these cabins have ensuite bathrooms, and each has a porthole for natural light and sightseeing.

The vessel has wooden decks, and brass detail throughout and feels like a private charter with the service of the great crew and two expedition leaders onboard.

Meals are varied and European style, with special diets catered for with notice.

There are two zodiacs meaning only 6-8 people on a boat making up close wildlife encounters a good possibility in the unique fjords, mountains and glacier environment.

The cruises concentrate on looking for the Orca Whales.

Dolphin Dream

[/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=\"16276\" img_size=\"full\" alignment=\"center\"][vc_toggle title=\"Boat Details\"]Dolphin Dream is a 26m stable expedition yacht that provides a very stable liveaboard in the Bahamas.

Six cabins accommodate 12 guests, five twin bunk style and one double bed cabin. All of the cabins are located on the lower deck, and they share the two bathrooms onboard located on the main deck.

The upper deck has a sun and shaded area for relaxing and dolphin watching at the bow.
The saloon has plenty of seating and is spacious with two tables used for meals. There are large windows and a full entertainment system, library, bar and coffee facilities. Meals are home cooked style, and there are always snacks available.

The dive area has a camera table, fresh water rinse facilities and storage. There is fishing equipment on request, and the dive platform has plenty of floodlights for night dives. Dives are unlimited on tiger shark itineraries, but up to 5 per day on other cruises. MV Kate

Exclusive Liveaboard - Bahamas

[/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=\"16278\" img_size=\"full\" alignment=\"center\"][vc_toggle title=\"Boat Details\"]MV Kate is a 20m dive liveaboard for only six guests touring the Bahamas offering basic but comfortable cruises since 1986.
There are two cabins, on has four single beds in a bunk style, the other has a double and four single beds, there are privacy curtains on each bunk and individual reading lights. Two bathrooms on board are shared.

Social areas include the saloon with cushioned bench seating and two tables used for meals. The meals are homestyle freshly cooked, and snacks are available throughout the day. Charging stations are plentiful for camera equipment.
There is a partly shaded sundeck, and the aft deck has a platform for easy water entry with kayaks available for the cruise duration. Dive tanks are located here with a personal storage area beneath the seat.
